Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At HUNAIN we want you to love your fragrance. Because perfumes are personal-care items, returns are limited as described below.
Order cancellation
- You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91-8859181065 or email inhunain@gmail.com with your order number.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipping, the full amount is refunded.
Returns
- Opened, used or tampered products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We accept a return or replacement only if the product arrives damaged, leaked, defective, or if we sent the wrong item.
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video of the parcel and product.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds
- Once your claim is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method (or as a replacement, if you prefer).
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to show the credit.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent by bank transfer/UPI after you share the details.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
